Egypt’s health ministry reported 871 new COVID-19 cases and 43 deaths over the past 24 hours.
The new cases raise the total number of infections since the pandemic began to 364,033, while the death toll reached 20,770.
According to the ministry, 951 patients were discharged from hospitals after receiving medical care, raising the number of recoveries to 302,259.
