How every single Championship side ranks when it comes to season ticket and matchday prices

Peterborough United have the most expensive season ticket in the Championship, new research has found.

An exclusive Mirror Sport investigation into the price of football has revealed that Posh charge the most for a guaranteed seat at every game this season - their first back in the second tier.

The top-priced adult season ticket at Peterborough, who were promoted from League One last season, costs a whopping £2,099.

However, that’s for a ticket in the poshest of the Posh’s posh seats. Peterborough’s most expensive “normal” season ticket costs £529.

The cheapest season ticket in the Championship belongs to Swansea City.

The Welsh side, who fell short in the play-off final last term, offer a ticket for just £249. That works out at less than £11 per game.

When it comes to matchday prices, Bournemouth charge as much as £55 for one single game. Not far behind are freshly-relegated Fulham.

The cheapest matchday ticket in the second tier is QPR who sell adult tickets from just £14. Blackpool charge £16.

You can see how all the clubs compare using our interactive table above, which also includes the Premier League and EFL.
