Edinburgh Zoo to welcome Bluey and Bingo from much loved children's TV show for fun-filled day

Next month, a special event is taking place at Edinburgh Zoo where little fans of the hit children's TV show Bluey can meet their favourite stars including Bluey and Bingo.

Taking place on June 10, the fun-filled day will see the stars from the popular animated show, Bluey, bring their playful presence to the zoo.

Throughout the day fans will have the chance to see Bluey and her sister Bingo on the Mansion House lawn at intervals throughout the day.

Starting from 11 am, there will be meet and greets as well as story time sessions with guests who have bought tickets for the zoo on the day able to come and see the pair on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bluey and Bingo are coming to Edinburgh Zoo (Edinburgh Zoo)

You can spot the duo on their lawn throughout the day at the following times:

  • 11 am – Meet and greet
  • 12:30 pm – Storytime
  • 2 pm – Meet and greet
  • 3:30 pm – Storytime

To join in the fun you only need a daytime zoo admission ticket, which you can book on the website.

Big Blue Breakfast

The zoo will also be hosting a Bluey-themed breakfast on Saturday morning from 9 am, with fun-filled arts and crafts in The Gannet restaurant. The tickets, which you can book on the website, include entry to Edinburgh Zoo for the rest of the day.

The Breakfast includes:

•Character themed pancakes with fruit toppings and chocolate sauce

•Carton of apple or orange juice

(For the grown-ups)

•Options of pancakes or hot-filled breakfast roll

•Tea or coffee

(For Under 3s)

•Yogurt and fruit pot

•Carton of apple or orange juice
