An Edinburgh Sainsbury's gave a maskless customer a £20 gift voucher after she slammed staff for questioning why she wasn't wearing one.
The woman - who has asked to remain anonymous - alleges that she entered Sainsbury's Chesser yesterday afternoon for her weekly shop when a security guard 'chased her down' for not wearing a mask.
She told Edinburgh Live: "He instantly started asking me why I wasn't wearing a mask and I told him I didn't need to disclose my invisible illness - it's none of his business.
"He was behaving like a police officer and the thing about it is whenever I'm approached for not wearing a mask I need to give rational as to why I'm not."

The shopper then went to customer services and asked to speak to the manager who offered her a £20 gift voucher as a means of compensation for being questioned by the guard.
"Because I look normal people don't assume I'm il but people have taken on mask-wearing and its enforcement in a dictatorship-type way," the Edinburgh local continued.
"I don't want to physically display that I have a disability with a lanyard - the guard was invading my right to privacy and never offered me a mask, just instantly asked me why I wasn't wearing one.
"I got the shop manager to sign the gift voucher with a comment on why I was being given it as evidence that this whole incident had taken place - I'm still shocked.
"A supermarket manager should be concerned about the shopping experience, not policing government rules. The shopping experience is now becoming an intimidating experience."
In an image shared by the shopper with Edinburgh Live a gift voucher for Sainsbury's can be seen with a piece of receipt paper with the statement 'goodwill service in compensation for being challenged about not wearing a mask. £20 at 4pm 07/07/2021. John Kinnaird.'
Sainsbury's have been contacted for comment.
