Edinburgh park rangers rush to Arthur's Seat in rescue mission

Holyrood Park Rangers rushed to Arthur's Seat today to perform a rescue mission after someone became inured while out on a walk.

A ranger was photographed with medical equipment heading up the hill alongside an emergency vehicle.

It was confirmed to Edinburgh Live that the rangers were called out to an emergency involving someone breaking their ankle.

A spokesperson for Historic Environment Scotland who operate Holyrood Park Rangers said: "A person broke their ankle this morning on Arthur's Seat.
