Edinburgh Gin launch Clementine & Ginger Gin Liqueur just in time for the party season

If like us you can’t wait to host friends and family over the Christmas period, you might want to tickle their tastebuds with something a little different when it comes to a cocktail or alcoholic beverage.

Just in time for the festivities, Edinburgh Gin have launched the limited-edition Clementine & Ginger Gin Liqueur - which is exclusive to John Lewis.

It’s priced at just £16.50 for 50cl, and has an ABV of 20%. It joins the core range of award-winning gins from the award-winning distillery, including Edinburgh Gin Classic, Rhubarb & Ginger, Lemon & Jasmine and Raspberry Liqueur.

You can order the Clementine & Ginger Gin Liqueur both online from John Lewis and in stores. To find your nearest, we’ve popped the store locator here for ease. You’ll also find the latest opening and closing time information listed there as well.

Should you want to see the other varieties of Edinburgh Gin on offer at John Lewis, you can find them here - and a selection below.

Ho ho ho-w we need to add this onto our booze collection asap! (Edinburgh Gin)

The Clementine & Ginger Gin Liqueur is a sweet yet spicy addition to their award-winning range of flavoured gins, made using ginger and all natural fruit flavours.

Refreshing yet complex, Edinburgh Gin’s Clementine & Ginger pairs the sweet tang of citrus with a peppery, spicy warmth, designed to evoke warm, festive memories when savoured. Whether over ice, with tonic or in a cocktail, it’s the perfect celebratory gin for the season.

The master distiller of Edinburgh Gin recommends creating a warm, spiced orange punch, pouring over a warm mince-pie with cream, or simply on the rocks with a twist of orange. Sounds pretty delicious don’t you think?

Now for drinks, the award-winning gin brand suggest keeping it simple with 50ml of Clementine & Ginger, and top with Clementine fever tree tonic - then you can garnish using a simple orange twist.

For those looking for a little something extra for their guests, why not make their Christmas Citrus Burst?

You’ll need:

  • 50ml Clementine and Ginger
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Clementine juice
  • 15ml Campari
  • 1 Egg white or 3 dash foaming bitters

Then just dry shake all the ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into a glass.
