It’s priced at just £16.50 for 50cl, and has an ABV of 20%. It joins the core range of award-winning gins from the award-winning distillery, including Edinburgh Gin Classic, Rhubarb & Ginger, Lemon & Jasmine and Raspberry Liqueur.

You’ll need:
- 50ml Clementine and Ginger
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Clementine juice
- 15ml Campari
- 1 Egg white or 3 dash foaming bitters
Then just dry shake all the ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into a glass.
