Pasta lovers the ultimate pop-up is coming to Edinburgh this weekend and you won't want to miss out.
Husband and wife duo Kip and Giada Preidys, who have worked in restaurants in both Scotland and Italy, launched their business over lockdown and it's already become a huge hit.
The new pasta delivery company, called Æmilia, has gained a reputation for its intricately made homemade Italian treats.
Operating in Edinburgh and East Lothian, the couple were spurred on to kickstart their business dreams after missing "the joy of cooking and serving the simple pleasure of food".
They previously told Edinburgh Live: "We found ourselves with another problem: we kept making more pasta than we could eat!
"That is when we decided to open up our little kitchen and started sharing our pasta dishes with the lovely people of East Lothian and Edinburgh."
While they usually deal in homemade pasta kits, the power-cooking couple is turning their hand to a pop-up. Yes, that means fresh pasta is coming your way.
"We took the Uovo in Raviolo off the menu for a couple of weeks now and we had so many requests to bring it back! That’s why we decided to come and cook it for you in person", they told foodie fans on social media.

So, where can you find them? This Sunday (28 February) they will be cooking up a storm at Rogue Dining, on Dundas Street, from 12pm - but you'll have to be fast because there will be limited availability and it's first come first serve.
As well as homemade pasta, their kits also come with mouth-watering sauces and ragu to go with it, and let's not forget the focaccia.
