Edinburgh city centre noodle bar shows off huge transformation and new dishes

An Edinburgh noodle bar has unveiled its huge transformation as it gets ready to serve hungry customers once again.

Pan-Asian chain Chopstix have given their Waverley Mall branch a serious makeover over the last few months, with a number of new features and dishes to enjoy.

As part of the eateries expansion in Scotland, the restaurant has been given a fresh and modern revamp, with an even bigger counter to fit a huge range of noodles, rice and toppings.

Designed with an open plan feel, customers can watch the 'Wok Masters' creating fresh Chopstix dishes, with flavours such as Katsu Curry and Caramel Drizzle Chicken on offer.

Open from this week, Rob Burns, marketing director for Chopstix said:

“We’re thrilled to reveal the new look for Chopstix Edinburgh Waverley. Scotland has always been a favourite for Chopstix and we have an amazing loyal customer base here so we’re excited to welcome back customers new and old to delight in our quick and tasty offering.

"We’d also love to extend the invitation to the First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon to come and click her sticks with us.”

The noodle bar’s popular dishes are also available to order from Deliveroo with Just Eat and Uber Eats. Orders are permitted from within the postcode area of the store.
