Eden Hazard's Real Madrid debut: When will fans see £130m record signing play for first time?

Eden Hazard has finally completed his dream move to Real Madrid... so when will he make his debut?

In an announcement on Friday night, first broken by Chelsea, Hazard has signed a five-year deal after become Real Madrid's record signing in a deal worth up to £130m.

Hazard is currently on international duty with Belgian for Euro 2020 qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Scotland.

He will then go on holiday after a long season which saw him win the Europa League with Chelsea, scoring two in the Final win over Arsenal, finish third in the Premier League and reach the League Cup final.

Hazard could be back for Real Madrid's International Champions Cup match against Bayern Munich at the NRG Stadium in Houston on Saturday, July 20. Kick-off is at 0100 BST on Sunday, July 21.

Real Madrid then play Arsenal in Maryland four days later and then face city rivals Atletico Madrid in New Jersey on July 26 (early morning July 27 on BST).

The 28-year-old's final match for Chelsea was the Europa League Final in which in scored twice in a 4-1 win over Arsenal.

Hazard will wear the no.7 shirt at the Santiago Bernabeu, becoming the first player since Cristiano Ronaldo's move to Juventus last summer to don the number.

Ronaldo wore the shirt for seven seasons, with club legend Raul wearing it for the 13 seasons before that.
