Eden Hazard refuses to confirm if Europa League final will be last match for Chelsea

Eden Hazard insists he has not made a decision on his future after firing Chelsea to the Europa League final.

The Belgian scored the winning penalty in Chelsea's shootout victory over Eintracht Frankfurt.

Hazard continues to be linked with Real Madrid and with Chelsea away this weekend, it appeared the penalty may be his final kick of a ball at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will now face Arsenal in Baku but Hazard insists he is not sure if it will be his farewell appearance.

"I am only thinking about winning something with this squad and this club," he told BT Sport.

"If it is my last game, I will try to do everything. If it's not, I will see.

"In my mind, I don't know yet so I am just thinking about winning games."

Ruben Loftus-Cheek gave Chelsea the lead on the night before Luka Jovic struck to send the tie to extra-time and eventually penalties.

Arsenal and Chelsea make it full house for Premier League in European domination

Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta missed from the spot before Kepa, who was in the headlines after the Carabao Cup final shootout, saved from Martin Hinteregger and Goncalo Paciencia.

Hazard stepped up to score the winner, and added: "We will go to Baku to try and win the trophy. The Europa League is not easy.

"I always take responsibility when I have to. I am happy and the boys and fans are happy. But it is not finished and we have another game to play.
