Eden Hazard insists West Ham fans are WRONG with 'he's off to Real Madrid' chants

Eden Hazard insists the West Ham fans are wrong after they sang "he's off to Real Madrid" during Chelsea's 2-0 win at Stamford Bridge.

The Belgium international netted a brace in the Blues' victory, moving them back into third in the Premier League table with just five games left to play.

Hazard's virtuoso performance against the Hammers highlighted his importance to the Stamford Bridge club, but he has been linked with a move away in recent months.

Real Madrid are very keen on signing the Belgian, who has previously admitted his ambition to one day play under Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane.
