What delivery options do Ebuyer offer?
Standard delivery will cost you £4.99 and can take up to 5 working days to arrive. You can also opt for express delivery which can take up to 3 working days to arrive and costs £7.99. If you need your order ASAP, there are next-day delivery options available, which cost £9.99 (for Evri) or £11.99 (for DPD), but orders need to be placed by before 9pm to avoid delays.
Has Ebuyer changed?
Euyer went into administration in 2025, and was purchased by the Frasers group, which owns Sports Direct. Rather than remaining an online marketplace, the brand has now pivoted to offer a range of tech, keeping a focus on computing.
What is the Ebuyer returns policy?
Ebuyer customers can send items back within 28 days of their purchase if they change their mind, but they will need to pay a £4.99 returns fee. You will need to package up your item and start a return through the dedicated page on the brand's site.
Note that your item will need to be received in its original packaging, with all tags still attached, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once confirmed.

Mark your calendar and shop at Ebuyer during the sale season. Although they won't make a song and dance about it, Ebuyer does still host sales during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas period, offering up to 50% off selected products during sale events.
Filter by discount
Although Ebuyer keeps its cards close to its chest discount-wise, if you know what kind of product you want to buy, you can filter by discount to see the biggest savings across its range, and combine this with other filters to find savings on the kind of item you want. Consider Frasers Plus
Frasers Plus is a buy now, pay later scheme, which lets you place orders on credit and either pay in 3 interest-free payments, or spread payments across 6 - 36 months with interest. Although paying on credit is not a way to save money, the scheme does offer reward points on purchases you make through it, letting you earn a little back when you order. If you are 100% sure you can keep on top of payments, this is a handy way to get a little extra value out of your shop.
