Coronavirus: Easter opening hours at Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Lidl, Aldi, Waitrose

Easter 2020 is going to feel very different, with no extended family meals, big barbecues or bank holiday parties to shop for.

But with pubs and restaurants shut due to the coronavirus lock down, the supermarket shop is more important this Easter than it was a year ago. That does not mean large stores will open on Easter Sunday though, as bank holiday rules still apply.

Many large supermarkets, like Tesco and Asda, have already altered their opening hours recently, so they can close doors, re-stock and clean to prepare for the next day's isolation-shopping customers
