Danny Dyer has teased a chaotic Christmas season in EastEnders this year.
The actor who portrays pub landlord Mick Carter on the BBC One soap spoke with Good Morning Britain journalist Richard Arnold in clips aired on Wednesday.
Danny teased: “It goes right off at Christmas, let me tell you that now.
“Of course it does, it’s Walford innit mate.”
At present, Mick is currently hiding two big secrets: that daughter Frankie Lewis and Zack Hudson were the ones responsible for the hit and run that injured Mick’s other daughter Nancy, whilst Mick himself and wife Linda are pretending that her unborn baby isn’t his.

During the chat with Richard, Danny teased the potential for actor Jake Wood to return as Mick’s old love rival Max Branning.
Max was last seen on Albert Square in February but his impact is still being felt after he absconded with granddaughter Abi and is unaware that he is the father of Linda’s unborn child that Mick has vowed to raise as his own.
When asked if Max would make a comeback, Danny said: “Well it’s open for him to come back for sure, the fact that he’s now got a baby with Linda.
“The drama really only works there if he’s about.
“We’re in the realms of the Square finding out, which means that we’re panicking slightly and we need to get out of the Square.”

Danny described his co-star Kellie Bright as an “absolute warrior” as she awaits the birth of her third child, having now filmed her final scenes as Linda before going on maternity leave.
Reflecting on football legend Harry Redknapp’s recent cameo on the soap, Danny called it “interesting” as he already knew Harry.
“Harry’s a mad character because he’d never seen I’m A Celebrity and he goes in it and wins it, so you think okay he’s quite a brave man,” commented Danny.

He also noted how Harry filmed his scenes before rushing off to watch a race.
Next week on EastEnders, Linda will be left fearing that Max could return as his ex-wife Rainie Highway appears to grow suspicious about the landlady’s pregnancy.
*EastEnders airs on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
