Eamonn Holmes revealed his long road to recovery amid his struggles with chronic pain.
The This Morning host, 61, made a trip to the hospital for an MRI about his chronic pain last week.
Now Eamonn has committed to two physio sessions and cold showers every day to start his recovery.
He wrote: "Physio just left after second session of the day.
"He said my body was hot… Result being that I needed to cool off with my second cold shower of the day."
He added: "Let's hope it helps me sleep soundly Zzzzz." (sic)
Earlier in the day, the TV personality first told fans he was having cold showers to help ease the chronic pain.

Cheeky Eamonn jested it would either "kill" or "cure" him.
He wrote: "Hey, busy day so far..... 1 hour physio at 4.30 am to get match fit for today's #ThisMorning.... followed by the Cold shower routine!
"All this will either kill me or cure me. So far , so good though and remember I'm going to be sharing your #ChronicPain stories & advice."

Despite being in pain, Eamonn put on a brave face when he returned to present This Morning with his wife Ruth Langsford.
Ruth expressed her concerns for her husband as she asked him if he was OK.
Ruth said: "How are you doing? You alright?"

"Since the last time I saw you, yes I'm doing very well, thank you for asking," Eamonn said.
Ruth responded: "Good, just checking because a lot of people are asking after you - 'How's your husband, is he alright?'"
"It's too difficult to explain," he said. "We're not here to talk about my troubles and my pain."
