Fletcher Cox needs a new running mate at the defensive tackle spot, and a former Clemson All American and national champion could be just what the doctor ordered. According to various reports, the Eagles are slated to meet with Clemson’s Christian Wilkins.
The Eagles own the 25th overall selection in this year’s NFL Draft and the team has plenty of needs to fill, especially igniting depth and more youth along the defensive front. Haloti Ngata will likely move on, and Wilkins is an athletic, quick tackle that could breathe even more dominance into Fletcher Cox.
