'E-scooter thugs' smash up cars on leafy south Liverpool street

A trail of smashed-up cars was left in an exclusive area of south Liverpool after thugs went on the rampage.

Neighbours took to social media to share pictures of the damage, which was concentrated in an area by the police dog training academy in Greenhill Road, Allerton.

CCTV footage seen by the ECHO appears to show the damage was caused by three thugs on e-scooters.
