Are Dyson products guaranteed?
Yes, cordless vacuums, stylers, straighteners, lights, purifiers, fans and fan heaters are covered by a 2-year guarantee. You’ll have access to a longer 5-year guarantee on corded vacuums. Accessories and spare parts are covered by a 1-year warranty. You’ll need to activate your guarantee on any purchase you make, which you can do on the Dyson website.
Does Dyson offer an NHS discount?
Yes, Dyson offers an NHS discount on selected Dyson refurbished lines. Simply verify your NHS worker status via Health Service Discounts and enjoy 15% off.
Does Dyson have a price match policy?
Dyson does do price matching, so if you find a Dyson product advertised at a lower price at either Argos, Currys or John Lewis within 7 days of purchase, Dyson will refund the difference.
What is the returns policy at Dyson?
