Dylan Windler Agrees To Two-Way Contract With Atlanta Hawks

Windler agrees to two-way deal with Atlanta Hawks.

Free agent guard/forward Dylan Windler has agreed on a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks. The announcement was made by Windler's agents. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed by the Hawks.

Standing at 6-foot-7, Windler has seen action in a total of 11 games this season, playing for both the Los Angeles Lakers and the New York Knicks. Throughout his four-year NBA career, the 27-year-old has maintained averages of 3.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per game.

Originally drafted as the No. 26 overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, Windler spent three seasons with the Cavaliers before joining the Lakers on a two-way contract. Following his stint with the Lakers, Windler was waived by the team on Saturday.

Windler is set to be in uniform for the Hawks in their upcoming game against the Knicks on Tuesday night.

This signing marks a new chapter for Windler as he looks to contribute to the Atlanta Hawks' roster and make an impact on the court. His versatility as a guard/forward brings added depth to the team's lineup, and his experience in the league will be valuable as the Hawks continue their season.

Stay tuned for more updates on Dylan Windler's journey with the Atlanta Hawks as he embarks on this new opportunity in his NBA career.
