Dune: Part Two is getting rave reviews across Rotten Tomatoes, Letterboxd and Metacritic

Dune: Part Two hits theaters on March 1, and to say expectations are high would be a gross understatement. The sci-fi epic was supposed to release in fall of 2023, but Hollywood strikes pushed it into 2024. Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Austin Butler, Rebecca Ferguson and Florence Pugh headline the star-studded cast, and the early reviews are indicating that the sequel is a massive success.

Dune: Part Two is getting nearly perfect marks from critics, so we compiled a few of the major ones to illustrate just how well it has been received so far.

Metacritic - 81

Metacritic can be the toughest nut to crack with its weighted reviews, but Dune: Part Two has not only earned the “Must See” badge with 54 ratings, it’s continuing to climb.

Rotten Tomatoes - 95%

Dune: Part Two has slightly dropped to a 95% with over 200 reviews, but we’re nitpicking at this point. Critics are overwhelmingly loving the sequel.

Letterboxd - 4.5 stars

Unsurprisingly, the early indications are good across Letterboxd with over 25,000 five star reviews already recorded. Seems good!
