Dual-reg watch as Leeds Rhinos trio play part in impressive victory

A trio of Leeds Rhinos youngsters assisted local neighbours Bradford Bulls to an impressive 32-18 victory over Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Eagles at Odsal. Liam Tindall, Corey Johnson and Leon Ruan featured, with Tindall getting over for a try as the Bulls moved to fourth in the league. Huddersfield's Fenton Rodgers is another Super League youngster plying his trade on loan at Bradford.

Across West Yorkshire, Jacob Gannon started his loan spell at Halifax Panthers in successful fashion, with Simon Grix's side defeating.

Swinton Lions had plenty of dual-reg faces in their ranks for their heavy defeat to Championship leaders Featherstone Rovers. Wesley Bruines, Dan Norman and George Delaney of St Helens, plus Salford Red Devils duo Ryan Lannon and James Greenwood, all represented the Lions on Sunday.

Saints' Lewis Baxter, Ben Lane and Danny Moss and Mckenzie Buckle got minutes under their belt for North Wales Crusaders, who were defeated at Doncaster in a contest that finished 30-16.

Hull KR's Connor Barley, Connor Moore and Greg Richards were in action over the weekend. Barley made his York Knights debut but saw his new side surprisingly defeated by Whitehaven at home. Moore featured off the bench once again for Newcastle Thunder, with Richards starting for Toulouse in their narrow away victory at Widnes Vikings.

Sticking with Newcastle, Thunder also had four Hull FC representatives in their 17 over the weekend. Connor Wynne, Nick Staveley, Matty Laidlaw and Denive Balmforth all played for Chris Thorman's side. Staveley managed another 80 minutes in the back row.
