Dua Lipa enjoys being single and says yoga has 'completely' changed her life

Dua Lipa is no longer Scared To Be Lonely.

The singer says she is loving being single because she can be “selfish” and enjoy hour-long yoga marathons.

Dua has had a string of high-profile exes including chef Isaac Carew and US punk rocker Paul Klein.

She also had a two-year romance with Anwar Hadid, brother of models Bella and Gigi. But since their 2021 split, it appears Dua has been following the advice from her 2017 hit New Rules by not looking back.

Dua, who was recently linked to US TV host Trevor Noah, was quick to shut down any dating rumours.

She said: “For me, this is the first year I have not been in a relationship for a very long time. It’s been really great to just be alone and only think about myself and kind of be quite selfish, which I’ve never really had the opportunity to do.”

Dua says she has replaced dating with downward dogs.

She said: “Yoga is the best. It has completely changed my life, for sure.

“Having that hour to yourself to not think about anything and just focus on your body… I do it every day and I just love it.”

On her iHeartRadio podcast, Dua Lipa: At Your Service, the star told how she was on the lookout for a romance “that really softens you and calms you down”.

Until then, she’ll have to make do with yoga!
