Drew Lock has 6th-best odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year

Denver Broncos draft pick Drew Lock has 12/1 odds to win the 2019 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award, according to BetOnline. Only five players in the league have better odds than Denver’s rookie quarterback.

Here’s a look at the ten players with the best odds:

1. Kyler Murray 5/2
2. Dwayne Haskins 7/1
3. Josh Jacobs 9/1
T-4. Marquise Brown 10/1
T-4. Mecole Hardman 10/1
T-6. Drew Lock 12/1
T-6. T.J. Hockenson 12/1
T-8. Deebo Samuel 16/1
T-8. N’Keal Harry 16/1
10. Daniel Jones 18/1

Quarterbacks often win the award so it’s no surprise that there are four quarterbacks among the ten rookies with the best odds. If the Broncos’ plan works out, though, Joe Flacco will keep Lock on the bench for at least the 2019 season.

Lock won’t be taking home any awards this season if he doesn’t get on the field. With that being the case, Denver tight end Noah Fant (20/1) might be a much better bet. Fant is tied with four other players with the 11th-best odds in the league.
