Drake releases three new albums at once

Drake has released three new albums (Alamy) -

Rapper Drake has released three new albums all at once.

The 39-year old Canadian musician, known for One Dance and God’s Plan, released the trio of records – Iceman, Maid Of Honour and Habibti – on Friday morning.

It is his first album release since his 2023 record, For All the Dogs, with the albums accompanied by a stream of music videos which were also published on Friday morning.

Shared on the singer’s YouTube channel, Drake released the music videos for a number of his songs including Janice STFU, Slap The City, Burning Bridges, Make Them Remember, Little Birdie, National Treasures and Plot Twist.

Drake, also known as Aubrey Drake Graham, collaborated with a range of artists throughout the albums including 21 Savage, Molly Santana and Future.

Canadian producer PARTYNEXTDOOR appears on the song Fortworth while British rapper Central Cee features on Which One, a track which he released in 2025.

The release is also the first since his headline-making feud with US rapper Kendrick Lamar where the American musician accused Drake of paedophilia in the diss track Not Like Us.

Lamar went on to perform the controversial number at the Super Bowl LIX half-time show in 2025 where he name-dropped Drake.

Drake launched a defamation case against his record label, Universal Music Group (UMG), who also represents Lamar, however the lawsuit was dismissed in November.

The song climbed to number one in the UK charts, a first for Lamar, and won five Grammy awards.

The two rappers were occasional collaborators more than a decade ago, but Lamar began taking jabs at Drake with the fight escalating in 2024.

Drake is a five-time Grammy-award winning artist best known for his hit songs Passionfruit, Hold On We’re Going Home, and Hotline Bling.

He rose to fame as an actor, starring in the 2000s Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation as highschooler Jimmy Brooks.
