Animal welfare experts are appealing to find a new home for handsome Dusty, an English Springer Spaniel, who is currently under the care of Dogs Trust’s West Calder Rehoming Centre.
Dusty is seven years old and his carers say he is a very friendly and happy boy.
A spokesperson for Dogs Trust said: “Dusty loves to be out and about in the great outdoors where he can investigate on his walks, say hello to everyone he meets and he loves to run around the garden with his friends and toys.
“Dusty adores his food and he will never say no to a tasty treat. He is house trained, enjoys a trip in the car and can be left at home for a few hours.
“He likes to keep busy and he can bark when he wants something to do and so he needs an active family who can provide plenty of stimulating games, walks and adventures to keep his mind busy. Dusty’s new owners will need to have experience with similar dogs and he can live with children eight years old and older. Dusty would be happiest living with another like minded and active dog who he can play with.
“With his lovable and fun-loving nature Dusty will make a great addition to the family.”
