Did Bill Belichick reveal who he’s rooting for in Alabama-Tennessee game?

If you ask anyone in the south, the biggest college football game of the week is Saturday’s much-anticipated showdown between the Tennessee Volunteers and Alabama Crimson Tide. Or, you could just ask Nashville native and New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

The Tennessee roots are clearly there for Belichick, but he also has a tight connection with Alabama, which is coached by his close friend and former assistant Nick Saban.

When in the locker room on Friday, per NESN’s Zack Cox, the Patriots coach was wearing an Alabama shirt, and it immediately prompted an excited reaction from former Crimson Tide running back Damien Harris.

The Patriots are headed to Cleveland to face off against the Browns on Sunday afternoon, while the Crimson Tide make the trek to Neyland Stadium to face the Vols on Saturday.
