Sessions details
The sessions extensively cover all aspects of diabetes ranging from the disease's risks and complications, impact of obesity on the disease, practical tips to prevent diabetes, manage it, and even reverse it. Each session will last for around an hour.
The first session beginning from 11 am educates viewers about major risks and many complications of diabetes. After a break of 15 minutes, the next session starting at 12:15 pm helps you understand how obesity impacts diabetes. The third session beginning from 1:30 pm focuses on prevention, management and reversal of diabetes. You can find effective diabetes prevention and management tips here. Last, but not the least, the final session starting at 2:45 pm helps you learn the fundamentals of diabetes, especially in women.
