THE A82 has been shut in both directions after a lorry shed a load of timber onto the key Highland road.
Between Fort William amd Glasgow stretch, near Altnafeadh, the lorry blocked the carriageway just after noon today.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
A statement issued by Traffic Scotland said: “The A82 is restricted in both directions at the Kingshouse Hotel.
“This is due to a vehicle shedding its load of timber.
“Road users should approach with caution and expect delays.”
