The Socceroos have trounced Czech Republic 4-0 in an effervescent FIFA World Cup warm-up in Austria.
In the last match before coach Bert van Marwijk confirms his final 23-man squad for the World Cup in Russia, a clutch of players did themselves a world of good in a well-balanced, clinical performance.
Mathew Leckie scored twice and Andrew Nabbout notched his first goal in Socceroos colours, before a calamitous Jakub Jugas own goal sealed a convincing win for the Australians.
Daniel Arzani also made his debut for Australia coming off the bench, amid much excitement from A-League circles over his potential inclusion at Russia 2018.
More to come.
