Davina McCall flaunts her washboard abs as she sizzles in the summer sunshine

Davina McCall used the heatwave to remind the world how incredible her bikini body is.

She sizzled in the intense sun - and didn't miss the chance to let us us know how fantastically she's doing!

You can't miss her washboard abs and honed body with her hours in the gym really paying off.

The fitness fanatic didn't stop there as she followed it up with a fun smiley side shot - letting us have a good look at her tattoos.

She uploaded the pics to Instagram and fans couldn't get enough.

"Today’s bikini . I am incapable of being serious in a picture… this was hard to get …" she captioned the snaps.

Her followers lapped up the red hot shots.

"You are making the temperature hotter Davina!! Xx" one told the Big Brother legend.

Alexandra Burke and Dame Kelly Holmes simply commented with a couple of fire emojis.

Ultra fit Davina said she works out using a combination of barre, pilates and boxing.

The 53-year-old has been uploading clips of her workout to help inspire fans throughout the summer.

Last month, she showcased her incredible toned physique as she posed in a black sports bra teamed with grey tie-dye leggings and trainers.

Speaking about her latest fitness regime, Davina wrote: "Hit the gym…if u haven't already tried #oyg get the @ownyourgoalsdavina app…so easy…took it to the gym. Did a couple of toned in 10 @sarahblendfit workouts on there…aces."

The fitness queen loves nothing more than a proper work out - but has issues she wanted to address.

Speaking in 2018, she appeared on This Morning where she opened up about how she achieved her famous six pack.

“It has a lot to do with your body shape," the star told.

“I am lucky in that I have a good stomach but I always struggle with my bum and my thighs.

“That is the area that I’m always trying to look after and tone."

The healthy mum said she combines with healthy eating and avoiding sugar and fizzy drinks.

Davina said she eats a protein rich diet of eggs, fish and fruit and vegetables and sticks to what she calls 'smart carbs' such as sweet potato and wholegrain bread.
