Declan Rice has reportedly left West Ham 'unhappy' by claiming he has been priced out of a move away from the club.
The midfielder has attracted attention from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United this summer, but the Londoners have successfully fended off interest with a £100m valuation of their prized asset.
But the England international allegedly feels his triple-figure price tag has prevented him from sealing a move to a top-six side in the Premier League and insists he will run down his current contract at the Hammers, according to the Telegraph.
West Ham are under the impression Rice is happy and committed to the club despite the speculation surrounding his future.
But this latest report now suggests otherwise.

Rice has three years left on his current deal, with an option of another, which means he could be under contract until 2025.
Despite being tied down to a long-term deal, David Moyes' side have offered to significantly improve his wages to reward his impressive performances for the club.
Rice has come through the academy to become West Ham's vice-captain and the club feels the platform they have given him does not warrant the player to force through an exit.
No offers have arrived for Rice despite the interest that he has received.
West Ham's intention was not to price him out of a move as they believe £100m is a realistic asking price.
But manager David Moyes might have inadvertently done so as he suggested last season that he was worth 'far more' than £100m and that the Hammers boss wouldn't sanction his exit even if a £100m was tabled.
He said: "I don't agree with the owners that Declan Rice is a £100m footballer. Far, far more than £100m. Far, far more.
"I look at the players who have joined some clubs from overseas and come in and nowhere near had the impact Declan Rice would have.
"I certainly wouldn't put a price on it. You can decide which figure you want to put on it but I wouldn't be sanctioning anything like that, that's for sure."
