David Beckham in Scotland 'working' at Haig whisky distillery

Footballer David Beckham has been hard at work behind-the-scenes at his Haig whisky distillery.

The 44-year-old has travelled to Leven, Fife to tour the distillery which he is a brand partner for.

Posting on his Instagram, the global superstar, said it was "great to be back in Scotland" alongside a picture of him in a white t-shirt next to whisky barrels.

Another picture shows Beckham at work using a hammer with the caption "All the barrels".

Haig Club is a single grain Scotch which Beckham has been part of since its launch in 2014.

The Haig Club has been created by Scotland’s oldest grain whisky dynasty, the House of Haig , whose roots go back 400 years.

The former Manchester United player has starred in many adverts for the brand, with the visit to Scotland likely to be another advert shoot.
