It appears that the odd, but worrying, case of an Icelandic bank's libel action against a Danish newspaper over articles translated into English and published on the net may reach court in Britain. Bent Falbert, editor-in-chief of Ekstra Bladet, is pessimistic about reaching an out-of-court settlement with the Kaupthing bank. The case raises once more the spectre of "libel tourism".
