Dancing On Ice's Sonny Jay is 'terrified' by one show element - and it's not the skating

Dancing On Ice star Sonny Jay has revealed his 'terrified' by one element of the show - and it's actually not the skating.

The Capital FM radio presenter is one of 12 celebrities taking part in the ITV show.

Sonny, 27, will make perform his first routine this weekend alongside five other famous faces during part two of the skating programme's launch.

But it's not the skating that is making him the most nervous.

Sonny and fellow DOI star were discussing Joe-Warren Plant's fall during Sunday night's live show.

"We get mic'd up this year so you can hear everything we're doing while we're dancing which terrifies me as I don't know how much they're going to be able to use of me," the former X Factor star said.

"But when Joe did fall he actually laughed while he fell."

He then admitted: "You wouldn't think it because I do a national breakfast show every morning but I have a potty mouth.

"I never do it on air but when I'm dancing..." he then paused to say: "Look at me. How much have I changed, 'when I'm dancing'."

Sonny continued: "When I'm dancing I'm no thinking about what I'm saying I'm just thinking about what I'm doing.

"So whatever I've got to say to get me there, I've got to say so I'll try bear it in mind not to be a potty mouth."
