Matt Evers has taken his pal Aarron Renfree, formerly of S Club 8, to get a hair transplant.
The friends revealed they were up early to drive 32-year-old Aaron to the Maidstone branch of KSL Clinic.
"It's Thursday morning. It's early. We're here at KSL. Why? To make you look even more handsome!" cried Matt on Instagram , as a nervous Aaron sat in the background.
Former child star Aaron revealed he'd been feeling self-conscious about losing hair from the crown of his head and noticed his front hairline receding too.
Aaron, who now works as a choreographer, said that because of his job the effects of hair loss were more visual.
"With my job, I’m always in front of a mirror rehearsing, conscious that my hair loss can be seen especially when i sweat and it becomes more visible."
In another clip posted to Instagram, the star revealed how he'd styled his long brunette locks to cover up the balding spots.
But ahead of his appointment with KSL , Aaron had his entire head shaved to prepare for the treatment.
At the clinic, specialists took hair from the back and sides of Aaron's head and individually planted them to the front and crown.
Aaron now faces a two week recovery period to let everything heal.
"I’m so happy with how the procedure went and can’t wait to see the results," Aaron told his followers afterwards.
Aaron shot to fame as a member of S Club 8, a pop group formed in 2001 as a spin off chart toppers S Club 7.
He was joined in the band by Frankie Bridge, Jay Asforis, Daisy Evans, Calvin Goldspink, Stacey McClean, Hannah Richings, and Rochelle Humes.
