Dana White has confirmed card details for UFC 249 as well the company's plans for May and a 'Fight Island' special in June.
UFC will hold four fight nights in just two weeks next month, kicking off with a re-scheduled UFC 249 on May 9 behind closed doors.
Thefirst three cards will take place at the Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, with the fourth event's location not yet confirmed.
And UFC 249 will now be headlined by Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje in an interim lightweight title fight, while Dominik Cruz returns to take on Henry Cejudo for the bantamweight belt among a star-studded line-up.
"They want to fight. People are hitting us up and want to fight," White told ESPN on Instagram Live. "We're putting together three cards in a week. People who want to fight are going to get fights."
While White couldn't confirm when the promotion will open the doors to fans once again, he did reveal that a 'Fight Island' event is in the works for June.
The UFC chief is confident that the event would allow international fighters to get back in the octagon, with only fighters based in the US competing in the May events.
Exact dates, fighters and a location for 'Fight Island' are yet to be confirmed, but White confirmed that the island would include training facilities for fighters to use as a base in the lead up to fights.
UFC 249 was originally penned to go down on April 18 and feature lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov against Ferguson.
