When the Falcons return from their bye week, they’ll have quarterback Matt Ryan back on the field, according to head coach Dan Quinn.
Talking to reporters Monday afternoon, Quinn said he thought Ryan could go this weekend if the team was playing.
Matt Schaub played well against the Seahawks in Ryan’s absence, throwing for 460 yards and a touchdown. He’s not in Ryan’s class, though, and if the Falcons actually want to win games over the second half of the season, their former MVP quarterback gives them the best opportunity.
Whether or not they should want to win at this point should be up for debate, but Ryan will be out there if Dan Quinn is still the head coach in Week 10.
