Last week, freshman Georgia quarterback D’Wan Mathis had emergency surgery to remove a cyst that had formed on his brain. The surgery was a success and Mathis stayed in the hospital for extra time to recover.
Today, Mathis took to Twitter to express his gratitude to Bulldog fans for helping him through what must have been a stressful time.
With DawgNation behind his back, hopefully Mathis will come back stronger than ever from this frightening health scare.
