About Rodford Way

Rodford Way is a wide 40mph dual carriageway that bisects the residential area of south Yate.

It was known as an accident blackspot due to a number of incidents over the last two decades - though many road safety improvements have been made.

The road was reduced to a single lane in each direction, reallocated cycle lanes, bus stops improvements as well as ample parking spaces provided.
