Liverpool is set to welcome the Queen Victoria Cruise Liner back to the River Mersey this morning.
The Cunard liner will dock at Liverpool Cruise Terminal at around 7:15am today and will spend the day on the Mersey until 5:30pm.
The visit marks the first visit from a Cunard Queen to Liverpool this year, and will be followed by Queen Mary 2 next month.
The Queen Victoria boasts a range of restaurants and bars, a fitness centre, a spa, a ball room and a library.
Passengers from the enormous ship will come ashore around 8:30am to spend the day in the city.

The vessel, which is 294m in length and 62.5m in height, will be bringing around 2080 passengers and 900 crew members.
The Queen Victoria will sail into Liverpool overnight from Dublin, and will be available for onlookers to take a peek throughout the day.
It was revealed last summer that Queen Victoria would make two trips to Liverpool in 2019 - so we can expect to see her again on Monday, August 19.
