CINCINNATI _ Tuesday night's game between the Cubs and Reds at Great American Ball Park was postponed because of rain after a one-hour, 24-minute delay.
The game will be rescheduled for May 19 as part of a split doubleheader.
The Cubs will open a four-game series Thursday night against the Brewers at Miller Park. Left-hander Jon Lester, who was scheduled to pitch Tuesday, will open the series against in Milwaukee.
