Crystal Palace face a fight to sign Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi on loan.
Batshuayi’s season-long loan at Valencia has been cut short after he struggled to make an impact.
Everton have joined the hunt and it has been suggested they are lining up a £14m move for the Belgium international.
Chelsea are unlikely to consider that offer, however, after they spent £32m to buy him from Marseille in July 2016.
Batshuayi, who has made just four Premier League starts for Chelsea, is believed to prefer another move abroad, anyway. Marseille, Galatasaray and Real Betis have asked about a loan.
