With a market capitalization of $115.4 billion, the company’s unified platform delivers cloud-based protection for endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, and data through a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model. CRWD is expected to release its Q2 earnings on Wednesday, Aug. 27.

On Jul. 16, CrowdStrike stock fell more than 1% after Morgan Stanley (MS) downgraded the stock to “Equal weight” from “Overweight”.
Nevertheless, analysts remain somewhat bullish about CRWD stock’s future prospects, with a "Moderate Buy" rating overall. Among 47 analysts covering the stock, 27 recommend a “Strong Buy,” three suggest a “Moderate Buy,” 15 suggest a “Hold,” and two advise a “Strong Sell.” CRWD’s mean price of $483.65 implies a premium of 6.4% from its prevailing price level.
