When the election results came out in 2024, a bitter fact had to be digested – enough of America had been brainwashed to the point that they readily believed Donald Trump’s barefaced lies and transparent “truths.” And those who didn’t or the ones who have learn the reality the hard way? The U.S. president demands that they be ashamed of their inability to be blind to his growing corruption.
We all know by now the upcoming addition to Trump’s gallery of riches. While he demands the middle class and those below that income line make do with the spike in prices of everyday things and the hit the economy is trying to survive thanks to the POTUS’ policies, he is practically jumping in his seat to accept a $400 million Boeing jet from Qatar’s royal family.
So, the official story, for the sake of the brainwashed MAGA, is that the jet will be used as the new Air Force One. But the minute Trump’s tenure ends, it will be transferred to the Trump presidential library. Um, that’s not a generous gift, it’s a bribe. And apparently, when a reporter just sought some clarification from the president – something a majority of Americans are demanding – he got reprimanded for his justified queries.
REPORTER: What do you say to people who view that luxury jet as a personal gift to you?

TRUMP: You're ABC fake news, right? Let me tell you — you should be embarrassed asking that question. They're giving us a free jet … when they give you a putt, you pick it up and you walk… pic.twitter.com/dP2EJHYkcy
If today, the general public of America asks this very question, will Trump try to blow them off as crassly as he did the reporter?
He's in total violation of the emoluments clause, but crooks never follow the rules; they make up as they go along.

Well, is he really violating the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the Constitution? Let’s see.
So, this clause is in Article I, Section 9, and states “No Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under [the United States], shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept … any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
Well, since the Congress hasn’t approved it, Trump is in direct violation of the clause since he will be accepting a “gift” from the Qatari Royal family, which is effectively the government of Qatar, and that makes them a “foreign state.” Of course, the implications of accepting an offering worth millions from a foreign government with geopolitical stakes in U.S. policy will be politically damaging, suggesting foreign influence or favoritism.
But does Trump care that his greed and corruption are out on display? NOPE.
I thought it was supposed to be pain though? 2 dolls instead of 30. Sacrifice. Buy American and all that. Where's the pain in a $400,000,000 jet that the Saudi's give you?

Turning it over to his presidential library leaves the expenses for its operation and maintenance in the hands of the taxpayers. Once the library is built, NARA covers the ongoing operational & maintenance costs for it through taxpayer funds.

And technically, and on every other front, running and representing a nation is widely different from playing golf. But even the Sam Snead saying that Trump has thrown at people has divided opinion and changes status from “allowed” to “cheating” when the type of golf you are playing is shifted. Of course, Trump would swear by a saying whose setting decides if it’s a moral dilemma or not.
“I cheat at golf too…So what’s the problem here”

He treats corruption like country club etiquette. If they offer it, take it, no questions asked.

But even though the razor focus of the nation on him hasn’t changed Trump’s stance on the subject of this gift, it appears to have affected Qatar’s decision to give the jet in the first place. Qatari officials told Politico that the deal is yet to be finalized and reports of them giving the jet to Trump are “inaccurate” since the decision is “under consideration between Qatar’s Ministry of Defense and the U.S. Department of Defense.”
Oops, did Trump just lose the airborne palace of his dreams?
