Crimewatch appeal on BBC One for help to solve racially motivated attempted murder of NHS worker

Avon and Somerset Police will appeal live on television today (September 7) for help to identify people who were in a car that was used in a racially motivated attempted murder more than one year ago.

On July 22, 2020, an NHS worker called K-Dogg was the victim of an attempt on his life that left him with serious injuries.

He was on his way home from work at Southmead Hospital in Bristol when a group of men in a car intentionally drove into him, before getting out and racially abusing him.

Despite four arrests by the police and a £5,000 reward on offer from the charity Crimestoppers, no one has yet been charged with the crime.

And now, one year on from the attack which happened on Monks Park Avenue in Horfield, police will appear on Crimewatch Live to ask for help with their investigation.
