Fire crews have rushed to a school in West Lothian.
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to a fire at Whitburn Academy shortly after 1pm.
Photos from the scene show one fire appliance has arrived at the school where smoke can be seen coming from a grassy area outside.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said it is believed to be "grass that is alight".
According to one eye witness, officials have said the school will remain open.
