Crash on busy M77 causing major tailbacks for rush-hour commuters

A crash on the M77 is causing problems for Ayrshire drivers heading towards Glasgow. 

There has been a collision at junction 1 leading northbound towards the M8, with major tailbacks on the road. 

Traffic Scotland posted about the crash, confirming that there are delays on the road. 

In a post they said: “M77 RTC (road traffic collision). 

“Reports of an RTC N/B J1-M8. 

“Traffic is very slow on approach.”
