One of the nation's favourite coffee shops Costa Coffee has revealed a new range of autumn-inspired food and drink items that will launch from September, which customers are bound to ‘fall’ in love with.
This includes great quality and tasty fresh food courtesy of the unique food collaboration with M&S Food, and exclusive sweet treats in celebration of Costa Coffee’s joint headline partnership of Macmillan’s Coffee Morning.
Customers will also get to benefit from new and exciting special offers which will be revealed in the coming weeks, as well as continuing to enjoy perks through the free Costa Club rewards scheme.
On the drinks front, visitors can say hello to the new limited edition Maple range, including the Hazel Latte & Light Dairy Swirl - available in hot or iced - and the Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate & Light Dairy Swirl. Meanwhile, those looking for a savoury light bite to eat can find it in the form of an array of lunchtime options including the new BLT Sandwich and Prawn Mayonnaise Sandwich.
There’s also the Egg & Cress Sandwich and Roast Chicken Salad Sandwich and both have been created using a new recipe. The Steak & Mexicana Cheese Toastie is also new this season, made using British pulled beef, spicy Mexicana® cheddar cheese, with caramelised onion and mustard sauce in a chilli crumb and cheese topped bloomer bread.
The Vegan Quorn Smoky Ham & Cheeze Toastie which launched originally in January 2021 is also making a comeback, now featuring a mature cheddar flavoured vegan cheeze. And continuing down the lunchtime route, why not opt for a classic with the returning Vegan BBQ Chick’n Panini.
Those searching for a hearty breakfast can elsewhere make the most of the brand new Vegan Saus'ge Bap - made with plant-based sausage and vegan spread - or an Oat Latte jam-packed with energy. Meat eaters can try the new All Day Breakfast Box and the Ultimate Breakfast Wrap fresh on shelves - the latter being curated with a new and exciting recipe.
Costa has also collaborated with the M&S food hall this autumn, bringing lunchtime pick-me-ups with quality at selected Costa stores, Drive Thrus and Click & Collect locations. The M&S 'Our Best Ever' Mac & Cheese, M&S Minestrone with Bacon Soup****, M&S Roast Beef & Horseradish Mayo Sandwich, and an ideal on-the-go snack of M&S Crunchy Carrot with Houmous will all be available.
To beautifully complement the new Maple Hazel drinks range, Costa Coffee is offering the mouth-watering new Maple & Hazelnut Muffin. A scrumptious muffin, made with real maple syrup packed with nibbed hazelnut is filled with maple style sauce and topped with caramel icing and an edible chocolate leaf.
New for September, there’s also the Maple and Hazelnut Blondie, new St. Clement’s Chocolate Drizzle Loaf Cake and new Milk Choc Chunk Shortbread. Also re-joining the sweet line-up and returning for another year is the Gimme S’mores Cake and Lemon Curd Tart.
Perfect for those getting ready for the spookiest night of the year, the new Ghost Shortcake Biscuit and Gingerbread Cat Biscuit will have you jumping for joy and filled with Halloween spirit.
For the first time this year, Costa Coffee is proud to announce that it has become a joint headline partner of Macmillan’s Coffee Morning alongside M&S Food, helping to raise vital funds for people living with cancer. From September 1 to October 5, customers will be able to purchase a range of sweet treats in-store, with a donation from each product going to Macmillan Cancer Support.
The fundraising treats include the new Macmillan Chocolate Muffin, which is an indulgent chocolate muffin, filled with a smooth and rich chocolate filling, topped with a chocolate frosting and finished with milk and white chocolate buttons. There’s also an irresistible new Macmillan Carrot & Walnut Cake, made with walnuts, sultanas, pineapple and spices.
The moist sponge is filled and topped with a layer of sweet cream cheese frosting and finished by hand with Macmillan colour themed sugar sprinkles.
The new M&S Mini Colin the Caterpillar™ cake is back in a bigger and better than ever form, made of mini chocolate sponge rolls that are caterpillar shaped and covered in smooth chocolate buttercream, a milk chocolate shell and finished with Macmillan colour themed green and white sugar sprinkles.
