Costa Coffee has submitted plans to open at a new Nottinghamshire retail park.
The popular coffee chain could be opening at the planned Maltings Retail Park off Northgate in Newark.
Plans have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council for signage to be put up by the applicants Costa Coffee Ltd.
The five-unit, 73,000 sq ft shopping destination is set to open later this year - these plans would see Costa open in 'Unit D' at the site.
Marks & Spencer has already confirmed it will be opening a 12,000 square foot store at Maltings - there will also be 230 parking spaces at the site.
The Environmental Health officer for the council has told the authority they have no comments to make concerning the application.
The plans will now be considered by Newark and Sherwood District Council's planning committee.
Costa Coffee has been approached for further comment.
