CORRECTION: Corrections and clarifications for Nov. 27, 2014

Nov. 27--The Division III football playoff schedule on Page 11 of Monday's Chicago Sports had incorrect matchups for two games. MIT is playing at Wesley while Johns Hopkins is at Hobart.

A photo caption on the front page Sunday gave an incorrect percentage change for the price of a generic epilepsy drug. The price of the medication has increased about 400 percent.

The Tribune regrets the errors.
